Reliability

Walnut Creek Designs Inc. has been in service for 15 years and will continue to do so for many more years. We have received a high customer satisfaction rating.

We offer a 5- to 10-year warranty, depending on the type of roofing material used.

Had a water leakage problem for years in my retail store's basement, which was coming from the crawl space.

Had hired someone about 3 years ago that did not succeed in repairs. Contacted ABATE restoration, who works with Walnut Creek, and a proposal was made to us which we accepted.

We were also on a strict timeline to get the job(s) finished by. Adrian and crew worked their tails off for 9 days to get the project finished.

One window still had some seepage, and they were back out with in a couple of days to reseal the window.

We also had the team encapsulate a large tiled floor and cover the encapsulated area with plywood. Deadline was met and work was done neatly. Am happy we chose this company.

They are attentive to their customer(s), as well as the details required to complete the job. I highly recommend them.
